General Question
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refund (minus a ₦5,000 admin fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before course start.
50 % refund if you cancel 1–6 days before start.
No refund once the course begins, but you can transfer your spot to a future cohort (subject to availability).
How does the LMS work?
Once you register, you’ll receive LMS credentials. Inside, you’ll find:
Progress Tracker (marks completed modules)
Interactive Quizzes after each lesson
Downloadable Resources (slides, handouts)
Automated Certificates you can print or share
Mobile Access so you can learn on the go.
Are your certificates recognized by employers?
Absolutely. CarenestPro Academy certificates attest to hands-on, locally relevant skills, while ACA credentials are internationally recognized. Graduates often find employers—hospitals, eldercare facilities, and private families—seekers of our dual-track certification highly competitive.
What is the course fee and payment policy?
Fees vary by program: check each course detail in the LMS. We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and online payment gateways. A 50% deposit reserves your seat; the balance is due by Week 2. We offer flexible installment plans—just let us know in advance.
Who are the instructors?
Our instructors include two full-time Registered Nurses and a part-time Medical Doctor (for First Aid/CPR/Emergency Care). All hold valid ACA or relevant clinical certifications and bring years of practical experience. Meet them under About ▾ → Meet Our Tutors.
